The good news is that a non-comic thing for this website is nearing completion. However, when I say “nearing completion” I do not mean that it will be quickly finished, only that its current status is but less-than-presentable. It will still take time.

The bad news is that there are no comic updates for this week. I’m not sure if they’ll continue next week or not. It is entirely possible that I may postpone comic updates for another week. Then again, I could also start filling up that Writing section, which has thus far remained totally empty. We will just have to see!

I know that this may seem like a really shitty thing to do, and I do take the blame for this, but I honestly do not feel that this will have any substantial impact on what integrity that this site may have since my audience seems to consist of a handful or two of people whom I know personally.

I’ll still be checking the forum if anybody wants to show up there. Go ahead and keep checking the site on the regularly scheduled days after this week, just in case I post something.

Regretfully, the next page of Dark Zaphe will be delayed due to interference of personal troubles. I am so terribly sorry!

But yeah, check back within a day or two. There will certainly be a sketch comic posted on Saturday.

Today’s strip was actually drawn for Valentine’s Day last year, but I didn’t have the site up at that time. It has just been sitting around, waiting for an appropriate time to be posted. Man, is it nice to have comics stocked up in reserve. And now, back to delaying the inevitable one-night-session of furiously scrawling out this week’s Zaphe page.
